We are a family butchers and bakery
business set in the Borders of Scotland selling
traditional Scottish fare. We source all our beef
exclusivley from qualiity herds of beef in the
Borders of Scotland. Our lamb comes from farms in
the surrounding area of Peebles. Some of our
specialities include, home cured bacon, haggis, white puddings black puddings,
pies.From our bakery , shortbread, gingerbread,
Selkirk bannocks, and a selection of breads. If you are a celiac sufferer, we
can offer gluten free pork sausages. Other
